At Amethyst Atelier, we want you to love your purchase. Every item is thoughtfully designed with care, and we want your experience with our shop to be just as lovely.

Because our products are primarily digital, printable, and downloadable products, please read the following refund policy before purchasing.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are generally non-refundable once the purchase has been completed or the files have been accessed or downloaded.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Purchasing the wrong product

  • Not having the appropriate software, printer, or equipment

  • Not being able to use a file because of device or software compatibility issues when the product specifications were provided before purchase

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Files

We want to make sure you receive exactly what you purchased.

If you receive:

  • A corrupted or defective file

  • An incomplete download

  • The wrong product

  • A file that is substantially different from its description

We may provide a corrected file, replacement download, or another appropriate solution.

Technical Issues

If you're having trouble downloading or opening your purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund. We'll do our best to help you access your files.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Physical Products

If Amethyst Atelier offers physical products in the future, those products will have separate return and refund requirements listed on the applicable product page or in an updated version of this policy.

Exchanges

Because our digital products are delivered electronically, digital products cannot be exchanged.
